About The Watch Wellness

The Watch

The Watch is honored to be able to serve those that serve and support Western Mass communities. We serve First Responders (including police officers, dispatchers, corrections, court and probation officers, paramedics, EMT’s, firefighters, and positions that include crisis and emergency room staff), their Spouses, and other Family members.

What We Do

We offer a wide-range of highly personalized emotional and behavioral services that include therapy and counseling for individuals, spouses and other family members, as well as trainings and courses in stress management and developing resiliency. Treatment is tailored to our clients’ individual needs with the goal of helping them attain personal growth. We are dedicated to offering support, guidance, and training that can increase mental wellness and resiliency to ensure First Responders are fully present in their lives and not just their careers.

Rhonda Hunter, MSW, LICSW

Clinician

Lisa is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Emergency Responder & Public Safety Certified Clinician with 20 years of clinical experience. She has dedicated her private practice to those who selflessly serve the community and does so with purpose and conviction because, as several of her clients have enthusiastically said, she “gets it.”

Her grasp of the stress that law enforcement faces, often including excessive departmental and public scrutiny, allows her to offer discreet support that positively impacts the trajectory of her clients lives, careers, and families. Lisa appreciates, affirms and values the sacrifices made by first responders and recognizes the challenging and demanding environment they face each day with the limited resources available to them.

As well as being a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Massachusetts, Lisa is a Certified-P Holistic Stress Management Instructor, a National Association of Addiction Professionals Tobacco Treatment Specialist, and is listed in the National Volunteer Fire Council Directory of Behavioral Health Professionals.

Stephanie Albert is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who is dedicated to helping clients navigate life's challenges with compassion, clarity, and practical tools for change.

She specializes in supporting individuals through relationship struggles, anxiety, emotional regulation, and life transitions, offering a safe, nonjudgmental space for reflection and growth. Drawing on evidence-based approaches and a client-centered philosophy, Stephanie empowers people to build resilience, set healthy boundaries, and create lives aligned with their values. Her style is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that healing happens when we feel seen, heard, and understood.

"I am deeply committed to supporting first responders, understanding the unique demands, sacrifices, and unseen toll their work can take. I strive to create a safe, understanding space where they can feel heard, supported, and equipped to thrive—both on and off duty."

Rhonda is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) with more than 20 years of experience. She has practiced across various clinical settings, including working with individuals with disabilities, in residential mental health facilities, substance abuse programs, and as a school counselor.

Rhonda holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree with a concentration in adolescents and families, as well as trauma. She specializes in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and utilizes various modalities of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

Rhonda is dedicated to helping first responders and other frontline workers overcome challenges and achieve meaningful change. She provides compassionate support and practical resources to address issues such as mental health, family dynamics, and trauma. She is committed to ensuring that every client feels heard, supported, and empowered.
